These small, flat stainless finger pulls were exactly what we needed to complete the look of our double barn door style bathroom enclosure. Even though we could have put handles on one side, by drilling all the way through the door and installing a pull on each side it was fast and a simple approach. The small screws should be placed horizontally so they are not seen but they are a little challenging for larger hands. They do grip well and were easy to screw in once they were started. Just make sure you have a very small screwdriver to ensure you don’t strip the screws. Also, the size of drill you need is not a common size (1 5/8), so good luck with finding a hole drill. I used a 1 1/2 hole drill, and then I placed some felt tape around the edges of the hole. Worked great and held the finger pull in place to make installing even that much easier.Not the easiest to install due to the tiny set screws and the angle you have to use to screw them in.Also, even though it's a round finger hole on the inside, there is a square overlay on it (makes it look nicer and reason I bought them), and it is extremely uncomfortable to open and close the pocket door using your finger.These are great inexpensive pulls. Purchased the 70mm.Notes: they do not fit standard 54mm holes, so you’ll need a 2 3/8 or 60mm hole saw to carefully open the existing holes. Use masking tape when installing screws so you don’t scratch them. If I were to do it again I’d skip the screws and use adhesive caulk to allow for perfect positioning and ease of installation. A little hard to get square to door when using screws and tiny screws are a pain. They do sit about 1mm from the door face but no one is going to see it.If you’re not handy, just have a pro install them so you don’t scratch them or ruin your doors.These door handles have a great different look. But they didn't fit the cut holes in our closet doors. Wish they came in a different size ?Love the sleek look, pretty comfy tooThese are basically a step above the contractor grade round finger pulls. I really want to give them a 2.5 star rating.The good:•These are worth the money if you just want cheap pulls that are better than what the big box stores offer.•You can actually make them look pretty nice but it takes a lot of extra work and time. The bad:• The way these are constructed, when installed, you see the cup that is welded to the top plate. (See photo). This pulls the top plate 3/32 away from the door. And you see shiny line (the cup) behind the top plate. It looks cheap when installed.Notes:•I I was able to make these acceptable by grinding back 1/16 inch of the cup on the backside of the pull on all four sides. (See photo) Then painstakingly caulking in the pull to the door with the gray caulk.•I also had to sand down the sharp edges and re-linegrain the pieces.•People are complaining about the hole size to drill.
