My husband and I spent several hours putting this filing cabinet together and in the end there was one piece that was defective. We emailed the seller and they promptly sent a replacement part and it worked great. Love the filing cabinet now. The instructions were not so good so we had to utube it to figure out how to put it together. So, in the end we are happy with it but the instructions could/should be a lot more clear to alleviate frustration.We have paid Amazon for the installation of this file expensive cabinet.The lower drawer has fallen apart, and I cannot find instructions for re-assembling.Very frustrating!!!It amazed me that this assembled with about a dozen screws and everything else either snapped or clipped together. The package was extremely heavy and I could not even move it. I opened up the box and handled the individual parts/pieces individually. Works quite well assembled and very sturdy.really love this file cabinet! Be prepared to need some help or use all of your upper body strength to put the drawers in, once finished building the cabinet. It was def my workout for the day. I'm really please with it overall. To about 3-4 hours for me to build it alone, by myself.These were not bad to assemble and I think they are well designed and solid. I have many options for how I arrange my files and they clearly thought about that. Bravo!Great Price.Wrong parts shipped Very bad instructions. Much more complicated than needed to beWhen I received this item, the huge box made it daunting for me. But, I forged ahead, opened it and built/assembled the first of two file cabinets. That took a while, 1-1.5 hrs. The 2nd one took 30-45 minutes. I found it to be VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE and solid in construction. Great item for a great price!
